Massage therapy is a highly effected treatment and widely used to treat chronic back, neck and shoulder pain. It is also effective in treating acute pain, headaches and general discomfort from stress related sore muscle tightness and postural strains associated with the repetitive movement in sports and work.
I use different modalities for treatment, utilising a range of tools especially tailored for every clients' need. These techniques ranges from Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Muscle Energy Technique, coupled with Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) stretching techniques.
I'm about to complete my Advance Diploma in Myotherapy, that means I'm also incorporating more advanced knowledge and skills in my treatments - complete servicing of the muscular system, by providing the assessment, management, rehabilitation and treatment of any condition or symptom related to the muscular dysfunction.
